1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing Royal Games Portal (“the Site”, “we”, “us”) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 14. General

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. Nothing in them creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship; we and the operators we feature are independent contractors. We may assign our rights under these terms to a successor business; you may not assign yours. If any provision is found unenforceable the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where the operator of this website is established, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy under the law of your country of residence.
